Q. How do your clients pay for telecommunication billing audit and telecom cost consulting services?

A. Clients pay Bottaboom Consulting, LLC., a percentage of realized savings from the telephone bill audit. These are contingency-based fees. Our business model offers our clients a majority of the realized cost savings that we achieve for them. Some clients may also choose an hourly consulting arrangement for specialized projects such as contract negotiation, PBX fraud analysis and audit training for their staff.

 

Q. What are common client telecommunication problems?
A. Clients often feel overwhelmed with difficult-to-read telecommunication bills and they don't have the time or enough staff to handle the billing review workload. Because Telecom carriers use complex technical terms and present companies with erroneous or non-beneficial contracts, companies are confused from the outset. Furthermore, invoices often have multiple discrepancies. These problems are difficult to uncover and require a thorough, detailed investigation and constant follow-up.

A.  Saving over 5 million dollars for a major federal credit union. We recently saved another company over 240K in long distance service cost recoveries alone and reduced their recurring monthly telephone and data costs by 75%. Their future recurring savings was over 1 million dollars per year.  The phone bill audit took about 120 days.  To this day, we provide ongoing telecommunication expense management for them and continue to save them money on their telecommunication services.
